Job Description:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, International Relations, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in research, content development, or strategic communication
  • Strong content writing and research skills
  • Exceptional reading and analytical writing capabilities
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Provided research support, data monitoring, and management to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information for strategic initiatives
  • Drafted high-quality content, compiled research findings, and conducted analytical reviews to support program and policy development
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Assisted the Head of Department in planning and executing advocacy campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
  • Support the Senior Associate in stakeholder management tasks, including coordination, communication, and follow-up activities
